The restaurant has 50 covers and the menu is based on all fresh locally sourced produce including venison, lamb and all kind of seafood. The menu also has other traditional British cuisine. The position is ideal for a resourceful and skilled Chef de Partie or higher. Help can be given in areas such as stock management etc for those with less experience.
